This begins another chapter of a journey I started mid 2016. That year, I really started focusing on painting miniatures, ones that look great but people would use in gaming, be it for role playing games or war gaming. In that same year I opened my Etsy store and started taking commissions.
Next step consisted of expanding my potential buyers and clients. To facilitate that agenda, I created both a Facebook page and a dedicated Instagram account. Each one succeeded, in its own way, of expanding my audience. Still, I felt the need to have a more solid presence in the ever-expanding sea of information. A place that would be easy to track down.
Due to this, it became apparent I needed an independent website. Seems easy right? Well, yes and no. Visualizing concepts involved some effort. However bringing concepts to reality seems a bit more difficult. Much like painting, it involves finding your inner voice and practicing with it. Since this is a less used skill for me, it will take effort.
So what is my vision for this site? A sharing of my thought process on color choices. What inspires me in nature and art for a particular model. Updated works in progress and finished projects. So with these thoughts, I leave you here to work on these goals! I will see you again soon.
